Ms. Katz has devoted her legal career to the practice of Matrimonial Law and Related Matters. She was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1992 from Seton Hall University School of Law.

She was Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, 1991 - 1992.

She is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New York Bar and is a Member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State, Essex County and Morris County Bar Associations. She is also a Member of the Barry Croland Family Law Inn of Court and American and New York Bar Associations.

Ms. Katz has lectured at seminars throughout the State of New Jersey on all aspects of Matrimonial Law and Related Matters.

Ms. Katz is the author of "Domestic Partnerships," Garden State Woman, Vol. 7.4, 2004; "A Person is Considered Mentally Defective When Unable to Understand the Sexual Nature of Specific Behavior or Incapable of Exercising or Comprehending the Right to Refuse Sexual Contact," 22 Seton Hall Law Review 277, 1991.

Ms. Katz has served as a panelist for the Essex, Morris, Passaic and Union Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Programs.
