Ms. Newmark is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Matrimonial Law Attorney. She was awarded a Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Newmark is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, and the District Court of New Jersey.

Ms. Newmark has been recognized in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 as a New Jersey Super Lawyer, Rising Star and has been recognized and is listed in the American Registry of Preeminent Lawyers.

Ms. Newmark completed the American Bar Association Family Law Trial Advocacy Institute in Houston, Texas.

Ms. Newmark handles all types of divorce matters including custody and complex financial issues. She represents victims of domestic violence and also defends alleged offenders.

Ms. Newmark has served as a panelist for the Morris County and Passaic County Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel Mediation Program. She has also been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Guardian Ad Litem, to protect the interests of minors during matrimonial litigation and in litigation involving the Division of Youth and Family Services in Bergen, Passaic, Essex and Morris County. Ms. Newmark has also been appointed by the Superior Court of New Jersey as a Discovery Master in complex matrimonial litigation.
