Cynthia J. Lambo, Esq.

Cynthia has been committed to the practice of family law since she began her career as a law clerk in 2002. After graduating from New York Law School in 2010, Cynthia continued her commitment to the practice of family law as an attorney representing clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law matters. Cynthia serves as a panelist for the Early Settlement Panel in Somerset and has also worked with the surrogates’ office in guardianship matters as an attorney for alleged incapacitated persons.

Client focused, Cynthia relies on her compassion, extensive knowledge of the law and “plain language approach” to advocate and guide her clients through the complexities that all family matters entail. She believes the client’s best interests are best served, even in the most contentious matters, if fair and reasonable settlements can be reached. However, Cynthia also recognizes some matters required litigation. Her painstaking attention to detail and ability to discern complex financial and legal matters has made her a strong litigator. A strong advocate of parental rights of both parties, enables her to be a strong advocate for all parents, regardless of gender.

Cynthia is a Member of New Jersey State Bar Association and the Somerset County Bar Association, as well as a member of both the New Jersey and Somerset County Bar Association Family Law Sections and the New Jersey State Bar Association LGBTQ Rights Section. Cynthia is a member of the Diversity Committee of the Somerset County Bar Association. Cynthia serves on the Supreme Court of New Jersey’s Ethics Committee for District XIII as an attorney member.
