Nicole A. Cioffi is a Partner with Townsend, Tomaio, & Newmark, LLC. Ms. Cioffi received her undergraduate degree in Crime, Law, and Justice with a minor in Sociology from Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Ms. Cioffi was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, as well as to the U.S. District Court of the District of New Jersey. While in college, Ms. Cioffi served as an Intern for Juvenile Public Intern for Juvenile Public Defender/Guardian Ad Litem with the Centre County Public Defender’s Office in State College, PA, and also served as an Intern in the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office in the Sex Crimes / Child Endangerment Unit, Morristown, NJ.
During her final semester as a Legal Intern in law school and continuing since her graduation, Ms. Cioffi’s practice has been solely dedicated to Matrimonial and Family Law where she zealously represents clients in matters related to divorce, domestic violence, child custody, child support, parenting time, alimony, the division of assets, and all related issues. Ms. Cioffi has served as a volunteer attorney for the Jersey Battered Women’s Service through its legal advocacy program where she has represented clients, both men and women, in domestic violence proceedings. She also volunteers at the County College of Morris, Women’s Center, as a lecturer on family law topics, provides one-on-one legal consultations, and has co-authored an article within the Women’s Center monthly newsletter.
