Noah Kim, Esq.

Noah Kim is a skilled courtroom advocate who brings extensive litigation experience to firm of Townsend, Tomaio, Newmark and Clancy, LLC. He began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor with the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office, where he tried numerous cases to verdict, including a gang-related shooting that resulted in guilty verdicts on all charges. He later transitioned to private practice, representing clients in a wide range of criminal matters, from first-degree crimes to DUI and traffic offenses. This background equips him to effectively handle high-conflict family law matters, including custody disputes and domestic violence cases.

Mr. Kim earned his law degree from Rutgers Law School, where he was named a Saul A. Wittes Scholar and received an award for Appellate Advocacy. Known for his tenacity and zealous advocacy, Mr. Kim is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
