Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, L.L.C. Welcomes Dean T. Bennett To The Firm

We would like to welcome the newest attorney at Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, L.L.C., Dean T. Bennett. Dean brings an impressive 30-plus years of family law experience to our firm. Before joining our team, he served as the designated public defender for the City of Summit, New Jersey Bar Foundation. Here, he was frequently appointed guardian ad litem for children subject to parental rights termination proceedings. Notably, he was appointed law guardian for the minor child in the Matter of the Guardianship of K.H.O. 161 N.J. 337 (1999).

Currently, Dean is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Essex County Bar Association. He also regularly serves as a court-approved Early Settlement Panelist and “blue ribbon” panelist in Essex County.
