Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark, L.L.C. is happy to welcome Michael J. Fleres as our newest attorney. Michael is a family law attorney focusing on divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and domestic violence. Of note, he also has experience representing military members in family law matters unique to their service obligations.

Michael is a member of many associations, most notably the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Family Law Executive Committee and the Military Law and Veterans’ Affairs Section, where he served as Chair in 2022. Also, he is part of the Monmouth County Bar Association and Family Law Committee, the Alonda E. Appleton Family Law American Inn of Court, and the Matrimonial Early Settlement Panel in Monmouth and Middlesex Counties.
