Townsend Tomaio Newmark Opens Bergen County Office

Townsend, Tomaio & Newmark is pleased to annouce that the firm, where its practice is limited to matrimonial and family law matters, has opened a Bergen County office.  The office is located at 411 Hackensack Avenue, Suite 200, Hackensack, New Jersey.  The office will provide convenience for the firm’s growing number of clients in Bergen County and the surrounding area.  The firm’s main office remains centrally located at 65 Madison Avenue, Suite 420, in Morristown, New Jersey.  The firm’s attorneys represent clients throughout Northern New Jersey.

The focus of the firm remains the same, which is to provide effective representation in the preparation of pre-nuptial agreements, divorce litigation, family law litigation, grandparent’s rights litigation, custody and child support litigation, palimony litigation, DCPP (DYFS) litigation, same sex and unmarried cohabitant litigation, mediation, domestic violence litigation and related matters.
